THE ‘STUCK' SERIES
When James develops an unusual, life-threatening condition it becomes clear that Uncle Archie is the only one who can help. Their search for him finds the siblings transported back to 1940s wartime Britain and racing against time.

The Baxter children have to go back to the Sixteenth Century. To begin with, all goes smoothly, but after a series of dramatic events, they become separated - then stuck! They meet several historical figures from the period, including William Shakespeare and Queen Elizabeth, but danger lurks all around!
The Baxters travel to the nineteenth century and start by befriending a young Charles Dickens. They have to work as a team to find a way through their problems, especially as once again they find themselves stuck, without the means to get home. At that point, Lucy realises she needs to step up and take control, or all will be lost!
Lucy Baxter is at the forefront in this novella. She imagines she is simply going to take up the position of a companion to a young Victorian girl in genteel London but very quickly events move out of her control and she finds herself on a journey that she could not have imagined. Separated from her brothers, she is forced to make decisions based only on her own moral code and hope they will lead her to safety and success.
This standalone novella begins with the Baxter children attending a concert by the most famous pop group of all time; The Beatles. England in the 1960s is a world more familiar to the children than other eras they have visited. However, not everything goes to plan and Robert, James and Lucy discover that Uncle Archie can't help them. Not only that - this time, it's not just their own well-being that is at risk! They thought they would have a fab time but it wasn't all peace and love!

The Baxters travel back a hundred years, but the time machine has a problem, which means Robert, James and Lucy have an even bigger one! They find themselves stuck three thousand years ago in an ancient civilisation.
How will their Uncle ever find them? How will they survive in the land of many gods?
Should they travel back in time? They know when but not why. If they stay or if they go, there will be danger!
Two cousins enter the lives of the time-travelling Baxter children. Little do these kids from the rough side of town realise that this encounter will lead them to an extraordinary adventure.
Can they escape their problems in the present as they travel back in history? Will they want to come back to an uncertain future?
